  • Using the Service to circumvent content moderation on other platforms
  • Attempting to extract or reverse-engineer the AI models or their outputs for commercial purposes
  • Using AI outputs as medical, legal, or financial advice without professional verification

5. AI-Generated Content

Important Disclaimer:

  • Content generated by our AI (flashcards, quizzes, explanations) is created automatically and may contain inaccuracies
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
  • Users should verify important information through official sources
  • AI-generated content is provided "as is" for educational purposes only

6. Intellectual Property

Regarding content on MathSolve:

  • You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service
  • You grant us a license to process your content to provide the Service
  • AI-generated flashcards and quizzes based on your content are considered your intellectual property
  • Our platform, trademarks, and original content are our property

7. Payment and Billing

For paid subscriptions:

  • All fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy
